Have you found the 'one' - how did you know they were the one?

Lots of people, men and women busy looking to meet the 'one'. Presumably by this they mean the one person that they hope to spend the rest of eternity (or at least their mortal life) with.

But how do you know the people you meet are the 'ones', maybe there are lots of 'ones' out there for you!

How strict is the criteria for your 'one' I wonder.
